Benarx F Piping Insulation System, Cellular Glass XP
Benarx F Cellular Glass XP is a unique piping insulation system that provides a complete solution for fire insulation, protection against weather and mechanical wear plus thermal insulation - installed in one single operation from prefabricated elements.
The system is a combination of the newly developed Benarx F Flexi Roll XP and traditional insulation made of cellular glass. It is fastened with epoxy joint compound and acid-proof steel straps. Since the cladding material and fire protection already is applied during prefabrication, installation costs are considerabely lower than for traditional insulation solutions using fibre and steel cladding.
The system also simplifies inspection and maintenance as it is quickly de- and remounted, with the need of only a few tools. Benarx F Cellular Glass XP is easy to customize, and can be shaped for most piping parts.
